NORTHMEN: A VIKING SAGA Sets Sail For North America

Director Claudio Fäh's action-packed period epic, Northmen: A Viking Saga is currently enduring a theatrical run through Europe, introducing a harrowing tale of survival about a group of maurauders who must survive their way through to a Viking settlement after getting shipwrecked off the coast of Scotland. The film itself has some mixed reviews although the trailers themselves divulge plenty their fair share of epic viking brutality and danger which ought to woo anyone who loves a good sword-swinger of a thriller.

Alas, moviegoers who love a little Norse action period storytelling may get their wish when the film is finally gets released in North America after landing a new home at Starz, according to Deadline. The IMDb page currently lists the film as due for a March 2015 release, however this could change with more official news pending. Tom Hopper, Charlie Murphy, Danny Keogh, Ryan Kwanten, Ed Skrein and Anatole Taubman star from a script by Bastian Zach and Matthias Bauer.
